What is Beta Testing

Beta testing is when a small number of users are selected to test a product before it’s released to the general public. This test helps with quality assurance, so the product can be honed to perfection before its release.

It’s good to keep in mind that development is on-going for the Vapeix software that you will be testing. We respect your advice, knowledge and suggestions, so if you see something that’s not fully functional, let us know!

What are we asking of you
  • Dedicate a minimum of 5 hours during the testing period to explore the platform, along with the open-source pre-release dev board or Pixel 1 vaporizer, and evaluate its functionality.
  • Report any bugs! Let us know any errors, issues, and anything else that doesn’t seem quite right.
  • Be as open as you can. Let us know about design, performance and user-flow! Help us to improve!
  • Utilize the community group within the program to share your feedback, comments and overall thoughts!
Why should you beta test with us?
  • You get an exclusive look at the app before anyone else! The Vapeix program is a ground-breaking technology in the vaping community, and you will be playing a key role in its development.
  • You have the opportunity to positively influence the app’s functionality, which can be better suited to your needs as a user. We may even implement a few of your ideas and suggestions!
